I found free Krav Maga videos on the internet that have helped me tremendously. Thought I would share the information.

    Good find! I checked it out. I think it is excellent. The instructor has a good pedagogical style, and I appreciated the re-dos in slow motion and from different angles. Believe it or not, I got the most out of it by muting the volume, and focusing strictly on the mechanics.
